The wedding day is one of the most important & memorable events in ones' life. The importance of looking & feeling your best can not be understated.
All eyes will be upon you for the entire event, the ceremony AND the reception. This includes ALL family members on both sides, friends, and even close business relationships, will ALL be focused on the new couple.
Photographs & videos will be taken by many to last a lifetime.
Many couples choose to spare no expense on gowns, tuxedos, and suitings, as well as the catering, and the entire event itself. You are both well deserved and worth it!
Custom tuxedo dress shirt options include dozens of different collars & cuffs, including variety of french cuffs, double button cuffs, convertible french cuffs, box front, flat front, hidden button front, hidden button (button down collar), wing collar, european collar, wide spread, narrow spread, as examples.
Variety of monogram choices available. Clients appreciate extra long shirt tails and *reduced* shirt materials under the arm allowing for comfortable range of motion when arms are reaching out.
True custom allows for fashion forward design including the use of different shirting materials for different parts of the shirt, ie: inside collar, under cuffs, inside front shirt placket of different color/materials than body of shirts.
Custom Tuxedos & Suitings
The beauty of a Custom Tuxedo to be married in, ...is that it not only gives you the best look, but it can also be worn again, many times, for many special occasions throughout ones' life. Unlike a wedding gown where it is typically worn only once (as it should).
What is a Traditional Tuxedo
Tuxedos (dinner jacket), were originally created as a way to transition from day or work wear which often became soiled during daytime use, to a fresh & clean garment to be worn in the evening when socializing or special events.
In addition, through the years, tuxedo / dinner jacket attire creates a type of classic uniformity of look/image of the wearers.
Tuxedos usually have a black & white presentation, but also can vary depending upon the event and the wearers' desires.
Traditionally, tuxedos are very much a classic black & white overall image having a luxurious black cloth, with black satin lapels & accents on the coat. Please note: some clients choose to substitute the black satin accents with black grosgrain. Doing so allows for a variety of multiple custom tuxedos in ones' wardrobe while maintaining that classic traditional style.
For the tuxedo trouser, the black satin accents include a satin waistband (no belt loops), and satin stripe following down both sides of the outseam of the trouser, from the waistband to the botton hem.
The accompaning White shirt traditionally have double-fold french cuffs, wingtip or dress collar, most with a bib of vertical pleats, setup for cufflinks & shirt front studs, no pocket, monogram optional.
Black socks, black shoes, black cummerbund, and of course, a hand tied black bow tie (traditional black tie with dress collar if bow tie is not desired).

One can also have a lot of fun creating a custom tuxedo which not only fits so much better than anything off the rack (rental to be avoided), but also allows for personalized customization of:

STYLE: overall designer look, type of shoulders (rounded, no padding, some or heavy padding), how the coat drapes over the body, a vest can be added as well
- CLOTH CHOICE: Tropical lightweight wool, linen, silk, cotton, in possible colors for example of black, white, navy, ivory,... traditionally solid (no pattern), but also some wish to have stripes (black tone on tone), window pane, herringbone, and many more choices available.
- OPTIONS: single breasted with one button front closure (traditional), double breasted, 1/2/3 or more button front closure, pockets, satin or grosgrain accents (or no accents at all), coat length, center vent, no vent (traditional), or side vents for example
- LININGS: black (traditional), white, ivory, or custom linings to accent or make a statement
- DESIRED FIT: comfort, range of mobility, slim cut, athletic build, long torso, oversize, individual shape requests to feature ones' physique or adjust to compensate for visual imbalance due to accidents (ie: broken collar bone, high low shoulder, among others).

Start to create your own Custom Tuxedo
Creating quality Made In The USA custom tuxedos, takes time to get properly measured, over 36+ measurements taken, plus your choice of cloth, styles, options, linings, fit, look. Creation time at a minimum is 6-8+ weeks. We recommend allowing a little extra time for fittings, and if need, any minor alterations to finalize.
... which the above should ALL ideally be completed at least a month prior to wedding date because you will want to have a clear mind knowing all this is squared away so you can focus on other things, enjoying your time preparing for your event.
